MXD-S

Usage and construction:

The semi-automatic filling machine MXD-S is designed for filling viscous and pasty products into various packings, e.g. glasses or plastics and fulfils extreme long lasting life conditions. It is suitable for the filling of chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutic products as well as for the food industry. Even filling of cartridges and injections is performed without any difficulties.
All machine parts and elements are made of acid-proof steel.
The MXD-S is a piston dosage filling machine driven by a stepper motor and operates with one filling station. Immersed filling is optionally possible.

Technical data:

• Stand-alone, easy movable machine on wheels.
• The packings are loaded and fastened manually.
• The filling is automatic.
• The dosing pump is driven by a stepper motor via threaded spindle.
• The dosage system is electronically infinitely adjusting volume and speed (SPS-control)
• Different process programs can be saved.
