Type of construction and technology:
The bottle capping machine consists of a stable steel base plate with a supporting column where a bogie wagon and an electric screwer are installed on.
The screwer can be switched over to anti- and counter clockwise rotation. It has a constant rotational speed and it operates with low noise and low maintenance.
The screwer is pressure-controlled switched on through contact with the screw cap. It is automatically switched off when the screwing process is finished.
The screw driver bit is easily exchangeable and is to adjust individually for every cap size.
The base frame as well as explosion proof type PV-6 with pneumatic drive is optionally available.
Functional description:
The cap is placed manually on the bottle and closed manually with the screwer by pushing it on the cap.
The screwer is starting automatically with an impulse automatic and stops after the complete closure (approx. 0,5 s) also automatically.
