Volumetric filling machine

RO-1 is one of the universal bottle filling machines available in our offer. Thanks to the device’s design, it can be be used with liquids of varying viscosity. The filled bottles can be made of many different materials – including glass, plastic and metal. The machine’s excellence can be seen especially when it comes to transferring various liquids into flexible bottles with thin walls or those difficult to seal containers. RO-1 can be used with unusual difficult substances, for example foaming products.

The adjustment of the machine for the different bottles or liquidities is easy and quick to perform, therefore only one person has to be responsible for operating it. RO-1 has the capacity to fill up to 1500 bottles per hour, however its actual capacity is dependent on the viscosity and density of the filled product. These bottle filling machines can be equipped with 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 stations, which fill the containers up to a level chosen by the operator. Loading and unloading is performed manually.
