Verwendung:
The filling machine ND-6 is suitable for the filling up of liquid products in different bottles, as well as for very flexible and thin-sided bottles not easy to seal up that are made of glass or plastics.
DoseFill ND-6 guarantees an exact quantity of the filled liquidity independent of the bottles’ production tolerance and it ensures a long lasting service life even under extreme working conditions.
Furthermore, the filling machine ND-6 can fill up liquidities that have a tendency to build froth without any problem, just as critical strong acids and lyes.

Bauweise und Technik:
The bottles have to be inserted manually under the proportioning cylinders on the supporting strip that is adjustable in height.
First, the liquidity flows to the proportioning cylinder, then – after rearranging the pneumatic control outlet (manually or automatically) – the liquidity flows from the proportioning cylinders to the bottles.
The filling quantity is continuously adjustable.
Funktionsbeschreibung:
All machine and panelling parts are made out of stainless high – grade steel or high quality plastic.
The new JK-proportioning-system is easy to operate, it ensures more hygiene and is also easy to clean.
