Labeling machines

The labeling machines of JK – Mechanical Engineering are divided into semi-automatic and fully automatic labelling machines. Both categories are suitable for labeling both flat and round containers as well as with one or more self-adhesive labels. We offer also labeling machines for warm or cold glue labeling.

For smaller production quantities up to 3,000 containers per hour, we recommend our semi-automatic machines such as RotoJunior or Tiger etc. The great advantage is its small design and flexibility if different forms of packagings are labeled or different labels are to be attached. The complex retooling of labeling machines for small batches or production quantities is not necessary and the operation of all our semi-automatic machines does not require specially trained personnel.

If you require operation on an industrial scale, we recommend one of our fully automatic labeling machines that can be integrated on request in a complete filling line.

Semiautomatic labeling machines

Junior FR

A semi-automatic labeling machine that is either suitable for flat or for round packings.

Roto Junior

This machine is able to apply labels to round packages with a diameter of 10-50 mm. Extremely efficient and accurate, as well as rather small and low-priced is a perfect mixture of semi- and fully-automatic device.

Tiger

Labeling machine for containers with a cylindrical shape. This device is applying one or several self-adhesive labels per container.

Jetpack CC

Jetpack CC is a cost-effective printer, able to apply labels on top and on the side of the container. It can be used separately or be integrated as a part of a packaging line. The machine prints barcodes, dates or JPG images in the thermotransfer module.
